PnP at restaurant…waited 30min to start drinking and consumed over next 90 min with no fall off so probably no urgency yet to finish off your stock…

Spectacular! Decanted 30min and then drank over 3 hours…might have started to tail off at the end, though, so might try to drink sooner rather than later…

Wow…this is in a shockingly good place right now! Had at a restaurant starting to consume after a 30 min decant. Solid, but by the 45 minute mark it was fantastic! So not sure you really need to endeavor to polish off what you have left in the cellar this calendar year after all…

Drank at restaurant over 90 minutes after 30min PnP. No apparent degradation during that time frame…it’s still hanging in there!

Drank over 90min at restaurant after 30min decant. Could have used another 30min decanting, I’d say…

Amazing. Drank at restaurant over 2hrs after 30 minute decant. Wonderful from first sip, but did continue to improve first half hour so perhaps it would have been ideal to try and drag out the introductory glass of bubbly another 15 minutes before giving up our ability to resist. No degradation over the two hours.

Sublime. Enjoyed at restaurant over two hours after 60 minute decant. Still no degradation by last sip.

Drank over 100 minutes after a 45 minute decant at a restaurant. Would have expected the need for a longer decant, but we don’t really remember it continuing to improve over the course of dinner.

Pnp for 30 min at restaurant...first glass was absolutely amazing! Drank over 2 hours and while still awesome, perhaps lost a bit of hip tang by the end. So while not urgent, perhaps consider drinking...hmmm...by end of year....

Magnificent. Just magnificent. Intended to PnP to be on the safe side, but forgot and decanted...started drinking 30-40 minutes later and it was beautiful from the first sip. MAYBE started going downhill a bit after 3 hours, but started eating a few blackberries at this time so that might just as easily have been the cause...
Just to be safe will try another bottle before the end of the year, but if it was the blackberries, could have at least a couple years left in it...

Decanted 90 minutes and still took another 30 minutes before revealing itself. Drank over 2 1/2 hours and was still going strong to the last sip so definite life left...will open another in a year...

PnP and started drinking after 30 minutes. Was nervous not enough time but was humming from the first sip. Hung in there but did start going downhill a bit after 2 hours. So might start having a bottle monthly. Think it was a good call NOT to decant

Decanted for an hour, drank over 2-3 hours...probably wasn’t until the last hour that it perked up. So am optimistic that indicates it isn’t in decline...will have another bottle sooner rather than later with a 2 hour decant and reevaluate...

This beauty is still hanging in there quite admirably! Decanted for a hour and consumed over two hours...was humming from the the first sip through the last! So no great urgency, in my opinion, to drink up...but probably will bust open another bottle by end of the year.

We thought we better crack open our last bottle when we saw the consensus drink-by date of 2017...honestly, we think it is still drinking fine! Not that we’d wait much longer if we had another bottle, just to be on the safe side. But a powerful Pinot, just the way we like it!

Excellent...really in a good place and we see no reason it couldn’t make it another year, in fact. The whole Terre Nere stable probably our favorite Etna Rosso...especially QPR-wise.

Good...really good. Really, really good...but not great. Considering it was our very first bottle of Cayuse, perhaps simply our anticipation was too great and expectations wildly out of check. Maybe another year or two will make all the difference so will hold off and try it again next year...

Mamma mia, sublime! First Huet sec we’ve ever had and we both have a new favorite white wine! Can’t wait to try another of Huet’s vineyards to compare!

Decanted and started drinking after 40 minutes. I would concur with a previous tasting note...good but not great. Was hoping for more but must also asterisk this review with the acknowledgement that we are not frequent drinkers of Grenache. Busted this out to see if we should continue purchasing now that the 2016 is available and I must say we will likely decline considering the price point.

Fairly one dimensional...not that one should expect deep complexity in a Pinot Noir at the $16 price point, but there are better cellar defenders to be had.

Mamma Mia...our first tignanello and it was amazing! And this was a straight PnP at a restaurant...maybe waited 20 minutes in the glass before starting to consume. The length went on and on...can’t wait to delve into the 2004!

Ok...maybe some drop off now. Decanted at a restaurant for 30 min and drank over next 90. Was still a great wine in that 45-90 min decanted timeframe, but maybe some dropoff at that point. We will probably try to drink our last two bottles over the next year, but I should mention the somm thought it had a good two years at least still in it.

Wife thought highly of this wine...and she is not really a fan of whites! I might not be quite as high on it, but no doubting it is a great value at 11bucks. Also not detecting any drop off...not sure this couldn't last til next summer...
