Tasting Notes for Filippo

It’s just incredible how a 19yo white wine can taste so fresh and young. Even the color showed no sign of oxidation. Perfect Chablis. Cannot do better than this.

Significantly improved since my last tasting in 2015. Beautiful nose right after opening and gains weight with time. Maybe a bit short but in perfect shape with no sign of oxidation whatsoever

Very deep and intense. Sour cherries and dark fruit with an earthy and balsamic side. Excellent wine but maybe a touch too austere for my taste. At least at this aging stage.
