4/11/15, 10:09 AM - The wines are dry when measured, however he does press sweet. Meaning he will press before primary fermentation is done. Not on all lots, just selectively. Russel Bevan does this as well and if you taste his wines they appear to be sweet too. When wine finishes its fermentation in barrel the fruit tastes more juicy. Hope this helpsCheers

12/28/13, 10:27 PM - Go to the chateau and look at the vineyard. The winemaking at this estate takes a major backseat to the grape growing. The care and thought that goes through every step is second to none. As for the 08, not even thinking about drinking mine.
