An amazing wine, so sad I only bought 2 bottles. Complex, changing, evolving. Blind I'd say Burg GC. Grape varieties are almost irrelevant in a purely terroir-driven wine.

Corcho desmenuzado, vino decantado para eliminar impurezas. Atejado amarronado, en principio aromas acéticos que se desvanecen. Extrema acidez con tanitos integrados, recuerdo de fruta, ebanistería. Una delicia en la mesa.
