A bit tart and unbalanced today. Was better after being decanted. Should improve with some time, hope so.

Decanted for 3 hours.
Eye: ruby red
Nose: Deeply cool pitched nose of tart fruit, cranberry, menthol and wood.
Palate: red fruits, underbrush with medium acidity and a medium finish

Overall this was quite nice but seemed to offer a smidge less since my last experience. I think the wine is very approachable today but can continue to lay down. I'm uncertain of the upside here??

Eye: deep red/crimson, much darker than pajama
Nose: red fruits menthol, new leather
Palate: darker fruits and earth with medium acid and medium finish

Overall this was lacking a bid in the mid palate and not as deeply structured as the Pajana. Still it was easier to drink today but side by side was a step behind. Enjoy!

A bit softer footed this time around. Nose was more floral with light red fruit. The palate still darker fruits cherry and plum but rounder. Acidity has declined a pinch but the finish was still medium plus.

Overall again a lovely wine!

While correct not impressive, especially at this price point. Better on day 2 so perhaps more time it will improve.

Palate: black fruits, earth dusty tannins with medium plus acidity and medium finish.

Overall this is much darker fruited than other vintages for this wine but still correct. This was my only bottle from this vintage and that was fortunate.

Overall this wine was accessible and open but just liked that next level. Other folks have been really impressed and I just wasn’t, not a bad wine I just wanted more. Enjoy!

Nose: Cherry, earth, stems perhaps
Palate: Cherry, sandalwood, hint of earth, light and racy with medium plus acidity and medium finish.

Overall this wine was pretty with nice tension but i thought lacked in structure a bit. Perhaps it could put on more weight in age but it is drinking quite nice today. I question the value here at this price point, too many other west sonoma wines delivering more for less.

Overall this wine was a bit different from my previous bottle but that was 4 years ago. It appeared a little disjointed, thin mid palate and vigorous swirling was needed to coax aromas from the glass.

Overall nice but i found the fruit to be a bit sweet on the palate for my liking. I will also note that ive had other vintages of this wine and can not recall a sweetness to the fruit. This is usually one of my favorites in their lineup.
