Very nice bottle from 2004. Decanted and drank over two hours. Dark purple color. Spice and blueberry smells. Long, nice finish.

Was thinking this was too old and almost didn’t open it today. Wow, it was very bright and only showed a slight hint of age in taste. Very nice bottle to sip in front of the fireplace.

My last of 6 2011 750. OMG. Still had a light straw color hue in the glass. Very sumptuous and wonderful texture. Hints of citrus, pear and sugar cookie. Still cellaring a magnum.

Hard to believe based on other reviews. This wine was on point tonight. Deep purple color. Smells of ripe berries, Bourbon and cassis. Long finish that coats and delights the tongue.

Wow. Very wonderful bottle. Smooth and low acidity. Would have rated a 95 until the last glass at the 2.5 hour point. The aromas opened up to cigar and spice box. Truly amazing. If I had only waited to let it open up more. Could have been a hundred.

This bottle was the cat's meow. Spice box smells until the very end. Deep dark purple color. Long, long finish. One bottle left. Not sure it can live up to this one.

We were married in 1988. Pulled this out as we were putting up our Christmas tree. While it is an older Champange, it went very nice with Some Christmas Cookies. Light bubbles.
