Dense purple color. Lush, concentrated blue fruits with savory elements. Alcohol is high at 15%. Very modern styling. Fun to drink but not much complexity. Drink now.

Made by Spain's Gil family using 100% cabernet from the El Nido vineyard (source of fruit for El Nido and Clio). Deep dark color, juicy red and black fruit, fine tannins, and restrained use of oak (taransaud t5 barrels). This wine showcases what Spanish cabernet can be. Muy bueno!

Blackberry jam hit me in the face on opening. Cloudy and dense in the glass. Others have noted the acidity at first, and I concur.. but over an hour it receded and all I could focus on was the purely enjoyable blackberry fruit. Time to drink..
