Medium Ruby, nose of baking spices and fresh light earth. Strawberry and hints of fresh cherry. Long complex flavors , wonderfully intriguing well balanced no heavy finish , just enough tannin to clean the palate amd leaves you wanting more.
Light to medium body, but looks richer.
Steph loves it, so I will be drinking for a while! That’s good!

Love the nose roses and cherry blossoms and old world style, light body, full and robust taste beyond its eight. Cherry, iron and flint, with slit dusty tannin.

Nose floral peach’s at bud break good structure with melons giving way to bright fruit and then magic continue with some mineral taste perfectly balanced with a hint of acidity .

Nice perfume honeysuckle ginger lightly complex, great mix of low Rs and ph. Very pleasant and drinkable- light but could handle plenty of heavy cream sauces or and even fried chicken!!

Aromatic fields of lush strawberry

65 % moverede 30% Grenache - 5 % Syrah.
Easy light fruit berry. Hint of melons, lean acidity to finish. Slight hint of Syrah finish . Very drinkable! Delicious as always our favorite Rose.

Decanted 2 hours:
Med light body, color light reddish purple, soft nose of fruit and faint of flowers. Fresh cherry almost hint of sweet that is perfect with the structure. Hints of spice and orange with tannin structure, spicy finish no overly peppery - very well balanced.
I’ll Wait another year before next bottle.

The wine looks dark purple colored. The legs are slow. There is light tannin sediment in the bottle. Nose of plums, ripe green olives. Taste with blue fruit, creamy smooth cardamon, wonderful mouthfeel, finishes with a smooth vanilla (hint of black pepper). Drinking wonderful, not sure about the other recent reviews of tight and tannin, this one had definitely settled, with tannin sediment and absolutely wonderful smooth finish. ( maybe the TX power outage helped move the aging along....) the only plus. HA

Dark purple med + body - easy blue fruit and a little cinnamon cocoa with long smooth tannin finish - hint of oak and blue fruit on the finish. Slight acidity to finish with a well rounded drink.

Day 2- surprisingly a little more fruit aroma and fruit forward - it’s still got energy for another couple of years to drink - yes it’s 11 years old now!!!

Deep purple, med body, aroma of violet and blue fruits with terior. Easy entry, some acidity and then layers upon layers of different blue fruit, cassis then some blue berry, then the tannins with cocoa, vanilla. Well made - decant for 45 min. This can go the distance in the bottle -1 more to try much later.
