Deep colour. Magnificent nose.
Dry, high tannins that are well integrated. High acid.
Oak, chocolate, dark fruit.
Still very young but absolutely delicious on its own or with aged ribeye steak as in this case.

Still too young. Needs to be let warmed after the wine cooler.
Straw colour.
Nose is jasmin, melon, vanilla and oak.
Dry, mod acid, mod body. Ripe green melon, stone fruit, salted candy. Mod to long finish.
Great with Arroz con Pollo (chicken rice)
Based of previous vintages, I will retry in a couple of years as they tend to simply get better and never shine when young.

It was not past its prime. And it was not young. Simply simple.

Hot climate Syrah. Needs at least one hour in a decanter to off gas and fully open up. Otherwise, you are not getting the fantastic fruit flavors with the well integrated oak. Felt a little hot at the beginning. Resolved after an hour. Long finish.

Dark ruby, medium colour, mod to light nose of cherries, dark berries and very little oak.
Low tannins, mod acidity. Zings on the tip of the tongue. Very well integrated low oak with matured red and dark fruit. No terciary flavors. Mid finish.
Very easy to drink. Good with “longaniza” type chorizo.
Enjoy!

Very deep colour. Medium intensity on the nose. Tons of oak, tobacco, red and purple fruit. It has an almost sparkling wine acidity on the nose. On the palate it is dry, high acid, integrated tannins that progress from medium to almost high. Repeats the nose for flavours. High fruit. The con is an only medium finish to what is an otherwise impressive wine. Can enjoy now. But let it cellar for a few more years.
