Stellar bottle. First bottle must of been a bad bottle. This is drinking red and purple flowers and very good. Balanced and very pleasant. Aromatics on par with an Aubert bottle. Good stage and nice tertiary.

Surprised, a winner. Nice floral expression on the palette. Very strong florality. White flowers, lite apricot. Beautiful bottle. Acid was a little absent. But the volatiles on palette and nose made up for that. Never had a good bottle of any Torrontes varietal. This is ahead of the pack. Congrats to Argentina on this bottle.

Drinking well. Perfect aged stage. 2nd bottle opened. The male side of Cote-Rotie (black/dark rock) has rounded off his youthful edges and has become a gentleman. Drinking well.

One-dimensional. See how this evolves over the next couple of days. No real acid balance in this bottle. Flabby and somewhat cloying. Looking at other posts, I can only imagine a totally different barrel or some other situation.

I have opened Northern Blends 2015 and 2011. This is the best bottle of all of them. Nice fruit and all around the best bottle between them. Nice volatile lift and palette integration. More complex and interesting.

This bottle is on the downward trajectory. Unlike the other bottle reviewed before. Cork slipped as if not a really in place.
*2nd night little maderization.
*3rd night weird funk which blows off. Iron entropic notes. The most interesting with nose and palette notes.
Little CDP profile on all nights. Old wine on the down. Fragile.

*2nd night. Rescored. Drinking amazing! Cherries, age and all around well rounded and pleasantly balanced. Bordeaux characteristics Right and Left.
*3rd night climbed downward. Second night was specatular.

Northern blend it is. Very high strung acidity. See how this develops over the next couple of nights. Has a pasty taste, you get in some bottles. Overal pleasant.

Excellent. Upon opening a floral/fruity nose wafted up. Roses and lychees. Upon sipping lychees, roses, blue flowers, mangoes and cannabis on the palette. All around drinking well and extremely intriguing and nice. Noticed a distinct Cayuse profile as well.
*2nd night open. Roses and violets. Raspberries. Cayuse funk profile making more of a presence. Olive tapenade and some thyme elements. Other volatiles upon opening (last night) have blown off. Some faint distinct cannabis on the nose. Nice fruit on the palette.
