Just took this out of long-term storage. Excellent well-balanced pinot noir.

Excellent pinot noir. I thought these might start reaching their peak, but this seems like it has a few more years left in it.

This is really a great wine, even after all these years. Silky fruit and color of cold. Chardonnay doesn't get any better than this.

Drank at dinner at restaurant. Did not decant. Very solid Brunello. Drinking very well right now, but probably best to drink up now.

Very nice wine for the price. Not too complex, but smooth tannins and very drinkable.

Opened first bottle and it was bordering on vinegar.

Opened second bottle, which had a better nose, but the wine is sour and unpleasant. This wine simply should not have been sold in this condition.

Drank with lamb. Nice jammy Syrah. I'm not the biggest Syrah fan, but I enjoyed this.

Tried at the winery and then enjoyed a bottle with dinner at Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg. Very nice and approachable Zin.

very good, especially for the price. Not the most complex bordeaux and maybe a little past its prime, but I would drink more. I haven't been dissappointed by a 2000 Bordeaux yet.

First try of a Jura. Seems awfully young and out of balance right now. Very tart and earthy. Will try again next year.

I was a little dissapointed based on the tasting notes. I don't have a lot of California Cabernet, but I happened to be going to steakhouses two nights in a row. The night before I had and '03 Stewart that was excellent. This wine did not hold a candle. The tanins were soft, but the was mostly vegetal instead of the fruit you usually get from a Cal. Cab.

Brought it to dinner at Mastro's. No decanting and it was silky smooth. As others have said, it is not terribly complex but it's a great choice for a California cab.

I'm usually a bigger fan of the softer, elegant pinots, but this was delicious. I liked it better than the '07 Clos Pepe.

Drank at an Italian restaurant without decanting and subpar stemware. It could have used decanting. Not much on the nose. I've had better Brunellos, but this was still enjoyable. I

Drank at a restaurant. Decanted for about an hour. Delicious and smooth. But I agree with others who have commented it is not the worth the steep price.

Drank this on New Year Even alongside the 1985. The fruit seemed to fade very quickly. Not bad, but not nearly as good as the '85. Maybe the bottle was off a little.

Drank on New Years Eve. Decanted about an hour before dinner. The nose was amazing. Very impressive fruit and good balance. I loved this wine. I thought it blew away the 1982 we had the same night.
