Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Yellow fruit nose showing good ripeness, but not excessive. Pronounced oaking, but again not excessive. Cantaloupe, carambola, nuts and smoke.
Dry and fullbodied, balanced and structured, creamy palate with intense tropical fruit. Smoky oak, spices and pop corn. Warm and nutty finish with good length.
This big style isn't exactly my preference, but good stuff anyhow.
