decanted for 5 hours. Still could decant more. smooth slight general sweetness to this wine. Complimented pasta meal well but not outstanding. This Barolo I feel can age much longer

Reflets grenat-brun, au nez c'est du fruit confituré, du fumé et du champignon. Les tannins sont bien présents, l'acidité se montre aussi, on sent de la complexité mais il est trop tôt pour l'apprécier. A reprendre. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour la garde.
