The aroma is developing here and the wine is starting to unwind but this is still primary and needs time to unfold. A lovely wine at this stage, though.

Again no decant just decapsulated for 2 hours, same impression as last time31/12/2021, in a great place and staying there, my last bottle but was worth to wait for, still a bottle of Pezerolles same vintage.

No decant, but decapsulated 3 hour before dinner, my best Pommard ever, simply so charming, seductive and a great bottle , ready to enjoy. Nose has elegant berries, a touch of stems, taste soft and delicious with that Pinot Noir thrill.

NFN, quite a bit of tannins more than the Henri Gouges, slightly metallic finish, needs time
