Last magnum from the case of three. A good showing. Rich dark purple, no real signs of age. A little "serious" on the get-go, but air added some charm. Deep brambly fruit and a thick and tasty palate with a smooth texture. Easy to like. Just the right side of fruit-bomb. Vibrant and fresh fruit with depth of ripeness and a touch of secondary-character. Excellent wine. 94-95

Consistent notes. From mag. I like this very much - decanted for 2 hours and decanted back into the bottle which was left open for another couple hours. This a fortress wine. Didnt budge. Big flavors - black fruit, charcoal, ash, spice, leather. The wine is enormous but balanced and very tasty. A unique experience and a great Barbera.

Only bottled in magnum. Voerzio's Barbera Riserva is one of the best Barbera's out this. This 20-year old had great development, was silky smooth and is at a great moment in its lifecycle.

Very consistent. This wine is huge and needs hours in the decanter. Black fruit, charcoal, ash, blackberries, black cherry, some leather and tobacco. Have a couple mags left and will let sit another 10-15 years to see what happens. This wine drink really young.

From magnum. Rich, big wine. Masses of sweet fruit. Oaky. This bottle suffering from a bit too much woodiness though still delicious. Not humungously complex. 92+
