I left half of this bottle in the fridge for a few days. I was a bit worried it wouldn't last but it actually got better. There is less butter on the nose and palate but still plenty on the mid-palate and finish. There is more honey and fruit than before. It is surprisingly lively and refreshing for a dessert wine.
I am also more confident about it aging potential from this point on. I think that it will still be very good in ten years and probably even twenty.

Tons of buttered popcorn and apricots. Not as syrupy as many desert wines. Still has a bit of acidity. I expect it to last a few more years but it is on the downhill.

Tasted at an offline...this is good, but on a down slope...if you have it drink it up.
