  • Strong nose that is much more reductive than expected for Chablis, not full blown struck match but a bit of sulphur for sure. Palate is more in line and has nice round yellow fruit with minerals and salinity. Nice citrus, nice development, still fresh. Very pleasant.

  • A beauty. Light yellow color, no signs of age whatsoever. Tight, salty nose. Aromas of green apple. Powerful yet restrained palate of green fruit, ocean and liquid stones. Opens up with air to a softer, more generous almost creamy mouthfeel. Fills out the entire palate and leaves a long lasting impression. Fantastic wine and a reminder to myself to be patient with Dauvissat's wines. At Restaurationen in Copenhagen with my mom.
