BYOB hyped and disregarded vintages - a free interpretation (Sollentuna chez Innertällmo bryggeri): Served double blind. Rich chardonnay nose with some oak, body has quite some fatness to it, good acidity but really the opposite of the Jobard Narvaux 2010 tasted side by side. Has some interesting complexity on the nose (real chardonnay juice with age has that truffle or underwear like pungency, this is a third of the way there, a hint of oxidized apples as well). A little saline streak on the finish makes this more interesting. I guessed a 1er cru from Beaune from the warm vintage of 2005.

Medium gold, complex and elegant, this particular bottle shows not even the slightest hint of oxidation. Medium-bodied, fresh and with well-integrated alcohol (13.5%), it serves up aromas and flavors of nectarines, citrus, wet stones and violets. With excellent mid-palate density and a lengthy crisp finish, this white Burgundy continues to overperform. Drink now-2018.

Dark straw color. Nose: lemon curd and lanoline, tropical pineapple and almost honeysuckle. Medium body, great mouthfeel, creamy but still hanging onto acidity. Sweet lemon cream, little toasted almond on the palate. Ample finish. Should pair well with the calamari.

Mogen färg med lite oxiderade toner men annars lite smör, persika, grapefrukt.
Fin rund syra, lite stenfrukter, blommor, krita, komplext, lång finish
