  Typical Barolo with rose petals and tar aromas and tannins that got more assertive with air. Medium-bodied.
  Drinking well now even with a short decant.

  Good, but not great. Out of a magnum. Drank better on its own, without the food.

  Nose first very intense with tar and licorice, later more airy with rose petals. This is devoloping a lot during the evening and in the end its a juicy wine in a medium bodied package thats dense and chewy with nice sweet red fruit and a nice finish with nebbiolos dryness.

  Wow! One of the most approachable young Barolos I’ve ever tasted. After a 30 minute decant, this wine was singing. Classic Barolo nose with softer than normal tannin for a Barolo, vibrant flavors, and a very long finish. yum!

  Opened up beautifully. Is well rounded and had quite soft tannins. Other than the traditional rusty red color this could easily have been a Pinot Noir.
