  • Liked this more than expected - a new producer for me and surprisingly good quality. Deep and long for this level with sweet fruit balanced by sharp acidity and a long crunchy/sour apple finish. Just lacks complexity and much nose (just beeswax). Superb with spicy Thai food. Improves with 10-20mins in a glass. Drink to 2026. 91-92pts

  • Deliciously satisfying and extremely quaffable. Has been our go to for Indian, Moroccan, etc. meals. One of the best kabinnets I’ve had.

  • Golden color, wonderful intensity, honey, fresh acidity to carry the gentle sweetness. Delightful!

  • Alc: 7%; Deep lemon-gold.
Heady intense aroma of white flowers towards frangipane and sweet Lillies, river stones, lime and lemon blossom, and a honey twist.
A rich entry, with lots of flesh, noted but integral RS (seems quite high) but beautifully balanced by a streamlined and delineated piercing acidity, crunchy texture and a floral lift that pervades the mid-palate. Despite this the wine has plenty of ripeness with waxy Meyer lemon, sweet limes, Lemsip and yellow apple. The back palate had a slightly lactic element set against the malic of the apples. Linear despite the richer layers, the wine has a fair length and shows fairly well. The back palate summons grapefruit, honey and this creamy lactic note that slightly coated the palate and I was in two minds as to whether I liked it.

  • As others have said, a little unbalanced and undefined. Though it did sharpen up with time - I liked it most on the third and fourth nights.
