A black fruited Clonakilla Hilltops. Smidge of blue too. Slight jubiness in the form of black jelly babies. Meat, spice, white pepper. Impeccable balance, enough length, and an impressive fan of fine tannin. I’m more keen on the blue fruited vintages otherwise I’d be a point or two higher. 91+

Plenty of fruit and spice and a hint of reductive pepperiness, smooth on the palate but with decent acidity. Good

Australia Trade Tasting (London): 14%, the wine shows fruit, nice body, spices and apple, nice tannins, way young, medium finish
