  Heavier, richer style made for stronger flavored or spicy food. 83% Sauvignon Blanc & 17% Semillon. I was told the richeness comes from influence of extra oak ageing. Too much oak for my taste. Serve with lobster. Drink now to 2026.

  Yellow citrus, orange rind, almonds and honeysuckle show up in the nose and on the creamy, round, lush, palate. The color seemed quite dark, so while I liked the wine, I would opt for drinking it over the next few years. Drink from 2023-2026.

  Colour: Medium golden yellow. Aroma / bouquet: Yammie! Particularly pleasant bouquet with notes of flowers, pineapple, lots of it! peach and a touch of tangerine. Taste / Aftertaste: Pleasant wine, very well balanced, retronasal impressions of peach, pineapple and mandarin oranges. Pleasant freshness, a rich and creamy mouthfeel. Above average finish with - I suspect - a refined barrel tannin bitter. General / potential: A joy to drink and also with an excellent price-quality ratio. This 'white Talbot' can stay! 50 + Color: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 12 + Taste / Aftertaste: 17 + General / potential: 8 = 92/100
