Served with roasted chicken. Ten degrees Celsius cellar temperature. The herbal nose complimented the chicken. Good viscosity. Orange peel and tropical notes with a slight astringency on the palate. Drinking well now.

Brilliant yellow/gold. Gorgeous nose of old honey, beeswax, roasted nuts and smoky, savory herbs. Rich but bright flavors include lemon oil, lanolin, and luscious, exotic citrus. Ripe and full bodied, this lingers memorably on the palate. An excellent White Bordeaux that is just singing right now. Drink now through 2020. 93pts.

Nutty, oxidative nose. Yellow colour, yellow fruits, fresh acidity but tastes a bit past its best. Drink now.

Not as good as the last bottle. Notes of bruised apples. Reminded me of a mature champagne. Still very drinkable but past this bottle's prime.
