Burgundy trip 2023; 6/14/2023-6/18/2023: Intensity medium. Citrus, pear, mineral with a nice round mouth feel. Acidity medium(+). Finish long. (tasting at Boutique William Fèvre, Chablis)

The nose featured stone fruits, green apples, very ripe banana, honey melon, white flowers and oyster.
Full bodied, good structure, quite oily, almond essence on the long-ish finish. With time the palate became more classical, less oily and with growing refinement.
At the very end of the night I liked it quite a lot, would be happy to try again once mature.

Oh, hello.
Drying and stony meets a light touch of lemon-pear.
This may be too cold to appreciate properly. I should probably have another glass…or three.
