This showed the most obvious fruit of the Dujac wines at the tasting with more dark Pinot/black cherry with cedar chest, smoke, a menthol note and a whiff of sage and anise. A bit more full and heavy than the ‘02 Gevrey Combottes with maybe a touch more alcohol. Good fruit and should continue to age very well. 92-93 for me today. No rush.

One of my wines in a “whole cluster” tasting: deep purple; smoky nose with dark cherry, chives, mint and fresh turned soil; a tad soupy and unfocused yet beautifully balanced. Long.

Lovely Morey nose, cherry, earth, spice, really pretty and lifted. More serious and masculine on the palate, earth dominates. Lovely fresh acidity on the finish with nice fruit buffering and good length. The overall impression is super-fresh, delicious. A point.

Stylistically similar to the Dujac Clos de la Roche and Bonnes Mares but less powerful and less detailed. Lost notes.

Completely past peak...Did not buy this bottle, so I do not know anything about provenance. Sad though!
