  (95-97 vvPunkte) 55% Semillion, 45% Sauvignon Blanc. Grüngoldene Farbe. Die Nase ist steinig, kühl, anfangs distanziert, öffnet sich zusehends, die Frucht ist glasklar, erinnert an Grapefruit und Limetten, darüber findet man weisse Blüten und ein Hauch Rauch. Der Gaumen ist straff, glasklare Frucht, perfekt gereift, sensationelle Balance, das hat richtig Zug und ist enorm frisch, deutlich knackiger im Charakter, als 2020 und mit einem faszinierend langen Abgang.   Explosive aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, pineapple, lemon curd, grapefruit rind, orange blossoms and Pippin apples. Rich, opulent, creamy and fresh with non-stop layers of white peach, lemon and green apples that accompany the gorgeous salinity in the crisp, racy finish that crosses the 60 sixty mark and keeps on going. This is a wow white wine that competes with top vintages of Montrachet and Coche Dury. Clearly, this is the wine of the vintage. If this doesn't blow you away from the initial sip and sniff, have your pulse checked! Made from a blend of 55% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Semillon, picking took place September 3, finishing September 13. 13.8% ABV. Drink from 2023-2050. 100-100

  En-Primeur campaign for the 2021 vintage; 4/25/2022-4/29/2022 (Bordeaux): Gooseberry, green apple, very slightly reductive, pretty, floral top notes, a little new oak. Nice nose. Juicy, fleshy, a little savoury note, creamy with the oaky caramel and sweet spice in support, the tannins are embedded. Long. Lovely fruits show a little mango and stone fruit as well as the orchard fruit and a little passion fruit. This is good.
