  Decanted for 2-3h. Fragrant floral nose of raspberries, violets, roses, along with vanilla and baking spices. The palate is intense juicy red fruit, bracing chewy tannins, a touch of tar, mineral, and vibrant acidity with a peppery finish. This is very very young but still a wow! Will purchase more from the Enoteca. Tonight paired with spicy grilled elk tenderloin wild rice, and sauteed vegetables. 93/94

  Colore rosso rubino decisamente scarico con lievi riflessi granati sull’unghia. Naso etereo, di grande intensità, che coniuga perfettamente eleganza e potenza, con note di frutti rossi maturi, fiori secchi, e note di resina e incenso; il legno è presente ma si esprime su accese tonalità speziate e mai eccessivamente invasive. In bocca è delicato: a prevalere è la freschezza balsamica e minerale; il tannino è fine ma vivace, e l’acidità brillante ne esalta ancor più la finezza. Finale medio-lungo. Tanto preciso quanto, per certi versi, impalpabile.
