Community Tasting Notes (2) Avg Score: 88 points

  • Bricking at rim, mature colour, so wonderful wet forest floor in nose, incredible well smelling, so typical 80' Medoc, like so in mouth, resolved tannins, gaining in weight after 2 hours, really balanced, lots of sweet cassis fruit, long aftertaste, old school, owned by Tesseron (Pontet Can't) at that time, how can this humble wine be so good after 39 years?, is 1983 wakening up, in style with 1986 and 1995?

  • Mature bouquet with still some cassis. Cassis and soft tannin and acidity in the mouth. Now at its peak, but can hold this level for some time.
