  A delicious wine, in an ugly murky appearance. This is now something you drink without looking at. May I suggest plastic cups? But boy oh boy, the wine is stills delicious. So earthy, fruit rich, and extremely long and tannic. I would argue that the murkiness comes from the abundant acidity in this wine. Keeps things going, fresh, and ugly. DRINK!

  If you're a sucker for Old Bordeaux, its a wine for you. Long, attention demanding and full of earth, beef, and cedar. Really long, bright finish with surprising fruit reduction underneath it all. Just has a stink on it that needs to be decanted off. I would drink this all the time without shame of its modest price tag. DRINK

  Mint; menthol; tobacco; allspice; dried fruit; well balanced; crisp sweet nose.

  Good value Bordeaux. Dried blackberries on the nose with a swig of sweet spice and cigar and the half promise of something undefined yet floral. Tannins have definitely softened to velvet with a sharp burst of cassis at the front with lingering cigar and farmyard elements.
