DnP. Brick red, orange rim, 4.5. Classic old School Médoc on the elegant side, pencil, some tannin, very much alive but clearly lacking the complexity and depth of the better Cru classe chx tasted the same evening. Nevertheless an excellent showing considering the level. Drink now or wait. Thanks to Andre for your tasting note earlier this year which encouraged me to bring it to a old-Bdx tasting!

What a great wine! Just 15 minutes air before drinking. Past the prime? NO! Light Brown-red at the colour, some pepper / wood aroma with a great taste! A wonderful length, 30-45 seconds. Had it to Beef Weelington with a 2010 vintage Malescasse. 79`much better!
Time to drink up! And have great experince!
