Firsst encounter with this Chateau for me, a perennial underachiever.. Timid, balanced, fresh and feminine. Medium-bodied, charcoal, tiny berries, shy wood influences. Pretty good, actually!

Tasted blind. Some plums and blackcurrant on the nose, plus dried herbs. Very polished, smooth, but feels a bit watered down and lacking grip. Short finish. I guessed left-bank Bordeaux, 1999, from a lesser Pauillac.

Slight fruity nose, eathy and dusty palate with some black fruits.
Not bad, but I expect much more from a GCC.
Decanted 30 minutes.
Drink up.

Tres tres bon. Classique vieux bordeaux, tanins souples et charmeurs, fruité, belle longueur

In der Nase ziemlich viel Bleistift, am Gaumen etwas rostig mit wenig Frucht, kompakt und etwas erdig. Gut aber nichts spezielles.
