  This is from the infamous year when the vinyards froze, and the people, too, as I remember. Nevertheless this Siran has turned out very well, especially for those who had the patience to let it develop. Lovely cedar pencil nose, followed by still firm tannins and restrained fruit. Austere. Fine with food.
