Mostly tropical fruit aromas and flavors with a richness that implies sweetness, but an intense acidity and wonderful minerality providing the requisite countervailing force. Good length.

This bottle showed a bit different than the last....nose of pear and subtle minerality. Stone fruit and lychee on the palate, with a medium plus acidity which gives this bottle a nice lift, finishing with green apple tones. As the wine warms in the glass, it becomes more complex, showing classic petroleum notes with white flowers. Seems to e in a better spot now.

Tart fruit on the nose with green apple and a hint of minerality. Unctuous palate with a lot of baby fat, a riper palate than eluded to by the nose. Muted stone fruit on the palate, lychee and melon. Overall, the palate could be a little tighter.
