  Bright golden colour. Aromatic, honey, spice, earth, anise, leather, and baked apple nose. Complex, integrated, and evolved palate with great, flavours, minerality and length.

  Color: medium gold
  Nose: squashed corn, hot pineapple, guava hints, white flowers, ripe mango flesh, burnt sugar and vanilla, wet stone
  Palate: medium-high acidity, full body and oily texture. It is salty and very powerful, with the palate highlighting burnt sugar and caramel barrel influence and the guava
  Finish: long, oddly bitter
  
  So interesting, I am the only person in the house who likes Bordeaux Blanc but sometimes it is a great aperitif. This one was a little underwhelming because of a hint of wet cardboard, but it did fine 2 hours our the fridge at room temp
