Mit 50% Neuholz in diesem Stadium noch vom Ausbau geprägt, reife exotische Frucht, eine pfeffrige Würze; am Gaumen cremig, saftig, knackige Frucht, stimmige Säure, weisser Pfirsich und Zitrusnoten im Rückaroma, endet salin.
