Famous Liquors
Tasted Wednesday, December 22, 2010 by Vino Me with 858 views
Famous liquors in Lombard, IL held their annual champagne tasting. This is always a good event (although this year the food was not as good since Francis was not cooking). The cost for this event was only $10. Here are my notes:
This sparkler is just not my style. Too sweet for my liking. Notes of apple and cane sugar. 85 points.

This had a solid bead but was too sweet for my tastes. I always get the impression that these sweeter champagnes are hiding flaws. 86 points.
