Trialo Champagne Tasting 2012

Trialto Wine Agent put on a tasting event of their entire Champagne Line, like the owner said this could be seen as been suicide as everyone would pick out the best champagnes and sell, and he felt all his Champagnes in their selection were good and each had a place [which I agree mainly]

Solid, Classic in its approah

• NV Gosset Champagne Brut Excellence 86 Points

  France, Champagne

  Med Intensity, Rich, Minerally Notes, touch Stemy
  HIgh Acidity on the body very lean and focues, a laser beam of acidity, touch bitter in a harsh way
  
  Conc: Someone in the room mentioned Oyster wine and yes this for sure would work very high acidity and focus

  Lean, Delicate light red/peach fruit, with a ton of acidity [high], good balance, Rose Skin contact flavour present.
  Also some high tone fruit, starts to open up with some hints of Pinot fruit

So really good wines that do stand out and the 1er Cru NV for its price is pretty darn good

  OH Yeah Excellent, Great Acidity Fruit balalnce, creamy apple, very burgundian. IF you take away the bubbles its like a good white burg, mineral notes, meursault nuts

  This is a wine first champagne second and its yeah good

  Right of the Back on the nose Pinot Noir, NIce Ripe RIch reminded me of an oregon Pinot, This is a serious Rose but light like a champagne and delicate, burgundian Pinot on the palate

All in All awesome, Larmandier-Bernier is alive but thats BioDynamic its the only thing that makes it different
