Pale yellow. Medium on the nose. Fresh honeysuckle, lemon, peach, apricot, slight flint and almond. Developing.
Off-dry, high acidity, medium plus finish, medium intensity. So refreshing! It paired so well with my cheese tart yums! The high acidity from this Kabinett and its freshness cleanses my palate after every bite of the cheese tart 😁.
The wine is good, drink now with potential to age.

Goldgelb im Glas.

In der Nase viel Aprikose, viel Hefe, dazu sehr fein-gemahlen steinig und mit sehr hellem Rauch. Außerdem vor allem mit viel Luft auch etwas petrolig, dabei aber keinesfalls unangenehm oder überlagert.

Am Gaumen mit sehr viel Extrakt, überraschender Süße (ich hatte „trocken“ im Kopf, tatsächlich sind es 17 Gramm Zucker), die allerdings durch eine regelrecht flirrende Säure gut gekontert wird und insgesamt ist der Wein wunderbar in Balance.
Hier deutlich schiefergeprägt, sehr würzig, auch deutlich dunkler als in der Nase und mit Luft auch deutlich floral. Sehr saftig und mit viel Zug, dazu mit sehr schönem, feinsandigem und doch etwas pikantem Griff.

Sehr anhaltend, lang, minimal adstringierend. Letzteres stört aber nicht.

Ich hatte den Wein zur Vorspeise zum Lachstatar gereicht. Das funktioniert aufgrund der Süße nicht. Sehr gut klappen sollten aber Flammkuchen und sonstige herzhafte Gebäcke. Der Wein kann sicher noch weiter reifen, scheint jetzt aber voll auf der Höhe zu sein. So stelle ich mir den klassischen, traditionellen Riesling-Stil an der Mosel vor.

Grundsätzlich siehe letzte Notiz.

Ich fand den Wein diesmal sehr hell mit sehr viel grünem Apfel. Außerdem zunächst mit nicht ganz soviel Griff und Mineralik, allerdings war das ggfs. auch durch eine Erkältung kaschiert.

很有特色的香气，像是木瓜冰糖炖银耳的气味，其中还有些黄桃、桃杏果脯和柠檬味，中后段开始有淡淡的花香，有着细腻的芬芳感。口感浓郁饱满，前段酸度略欠，中段开始慢慢浮现，能支撑中后段。木瓜冰糖炖银耳糖水的口感和粘稠感，浓缩的桃杏、一些新鲜的柑橘使果味特别而丰富，中段开始蜂蜜味也很明显，收尾较长，有轻微的香草味。94/100

drank over three days, the last sip just a minute ago was the best,

seems to me that this vintage is a classic one once again luckily, dry and residual sugar style, classic especially from the Mosel,
Fresh and light appearance, lemon fruit driven, salty, modest acid in this bottle, great elegant flow, a dancing queen, increasing balance and quality over three days, recommended, one Ortswein for the longer run, *(**-?)
