Three nights later it had fleshed out nicely and matched the positive tasting notes here. So certainly give plenty of air and perhaps more aging will be good to it. |

Interestingly, I didn't get much oxidative character on the first night when this was open but on night 3 the richness had faded and the notes of oxidation came forward. |
