Drinks much more reduced with no juicy glycerin noted. Feels like......just Cabernet? Pretty standard at this stage. So different from what I am accustomed to with Outpost. I went 4 hours, but could have used half a day. I have 4 more bottles, and won’t touch again for a year or two. This one is gonna age out wonderfully. |

Clearly no hurry here, but I'm going to sit on the rest of my bottles for three to five years before opening another. |

I was a bit disappointed in the depth of the wine as the longer it was open, the less body was there. I think this is another that is not destined for additional aging. It is drinking really well right now. |
