Oinoscent crew day out mayhem: The color is bright, the wine shows freshness, citrus, stone fruit, light spicy, palate brilliant, high intensity, oak frame, textured, showing depth and complexity, long finish. Fantastic, as I remember it.

Krotida Wine Gang Tasting, Priorat (360 restaurant): The wine shows a beautiful golden color. The wine is insane in the nose, outstanding complexity, nutty, ripe citrus, toasty, not baked, oaky frame. In the palate, the wine is utterly tasty, smooth, nice texture, waxy, medium body, ripe citrus, long finish. Outstanding quality, once again showing strong. The wine is like a grand cru Burgundy or Chateauneuf du Pape.

Krotida Wine Trip to Priorat & Barcelona; 9/29/2019-10/2/2019: The wine is full on impressive again as were the 05,07 and 15 tried before. The wine is still trying to shed the oak cloak, nutty and ripe citrus fruit The wine shows equally good palate, rich with lemon, citrus, quince, nice acidity, bright and lively, definitely not looking like a 10yo wine, nutty flavoured long finish Outstanding quality again here. Its crazy to see such a clear vintage variation of these 4 whites but in the same time maintaining the essence of Priorat, of the winery and showing such outstanding quality

If you like this style then this is an exemplary example. Richness, but acidity, oak, but fruit to match, structure but generosity. Pretty much a point. Very good!

A medium gold appearance, with a nose of pineapple, pear, cooked apricot, vanilla and white pepper spice. The acidity is high and there is a big medium body reminiscent of butter due to malolactic fermentation. The finish is fairly long with lingering coconut and spice from the high alcohol content. It's fresh with quite a large range of flavours.

Very interesting wine , don't pair it with fish/seafood. Went superbly well on canard a l'orange ( with soy sauce and honey). For poultry and Veal, the oak will be just right and the subtle exotic fruits will be amazing. Pineapple, brioche and a bit of toffee but still some acidity to remind us we are drinking a fresh and vegetal white. The wine looks yellow brown colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle.

Nez intense sur les fruits tropicaux (ananas), poire, cendre. Un vin au boisé assez appuyé mais sans excès. Bouche grasse et onctueuse. Finale un peu chaude. Assez complexe, intéressant.

Richly textured and somewhat oaky for a Spanish white. I don't think it's an oak bomb though. More like a rich white Rhone blend style than a Cal Chard. Apple/pear and tropical fruit notes. Moderate acidity.

Very unusual wine. Won't be everyone's bag! I liked it though! Golden appearance. Very fat, plenty of complex tastes. Initially very musty, becoming smoked apricot flavour. Agree with prior comment that lovers of White Rhone will enjoy. Suspect this will evolve well over time. Will be interesting to try a 2nd bottle in a year.

nose - smoke, caramel mouth - oily mouthfeel, overall heavy. a strong caramel flavor. needed the cheese, in fact did much better with the cheese. for fans of white rhones.

a bouquet of spices including white pepper and onion powder, totally interesting in a good way, full, rich and dry, a complex mouthful of orange marmalade, peaches, honey and mineral, almost chardonnay-like, delivers plenty of character and food-friendliness

A very powerful nose: pungent, spirity stone fruit with a layer of acerbic oak. The palate follows the nose, but is a little bit more restrained. This actually has good balance and some interest. Quite showy though.

Very interesting wine. Medium gold color. Interesting nose of spices. In the mouth there was a richness and continued spiciness that others found intriguing as well. This was tasted at a Friday night tasting at Susan's Fine Wine and Spirits in Santa Fe. She sold out that evening. I had it the next night with a seared Ahi tuna (how extravagant) and it was a good match. Others found floral and honey notes, but to me the spiciness was the highlight.

Deep yellow (almost brown) in the glass. Rich, velvety on the palate. A bit heavy on oak - needs a rich meal for pairing or the wine will overpower.
You have to be in the right mood for this one... I enjoyed it more the second time around because I knew what to expect.

Not a typical Spanish white. Not crisp and acidic, but more rich and oaked like a California Chardonnay,
