Continues to drink well: pink salmon color, dry, raspberry flavor on the palate; balanced with medium acidity; paired nicely with small plate crab cakes and scallops before dinner.

From the glass list at Aquagrill (NYC), similar to my last experience the dosage on this seems a bit too high for me to be in balance. It definitely leaves a sweet note along with the fruit in your mouth. While a glass is fine before dinner, I would definitely not seek this out for purchase as I prefer a a lower dosage.

Medium pink-orange color. Last of my most recent bottles and this has almost 3 years in my cellar; drank 2 glasses over an hour. Really similar to my note from 3/27/17 and almost exactly a year later. This is nicely balanced and shows plentiful raspberry and tart cherrt notes. This is sleek and crisp with none of the sharp edges that torment so many rose Champagnes.91+pts.

From the wine list at Aquagrill (NYC) paired with oysters. Tasted directly after the Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs 2013 and this seemed ever so slightly sweet by comparison. Pale salmon color with faint hints of strawberry on the palate. Good but the Schramsberg was better.

Easter Wines with Family (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light-medium salmon color. Drank 2 glasses over an hour. This bottle had two years of cellar time. Loved this today, and the age served it well. I was flying around the kitchen cooking, so i didn't linger on it it too much, but it really was singing for me. Balance...everything was just right, nice red berry fruit, minerals, mild yeast. The palate was sleek, pretty, red berries, maybe a touch of cherry, mineral, medium plus finish. Very clean and fresh. 91+pts.

Great color. Dry, hard to tell by taste that it is a rose, medium bodied with good balance of fruit and acid, drank with lobsters.wine did not get flabby as we drank it a the bubbles stayed focused. Would drink again. A good value. Prie Champagnes seem to be real good.

Had another opportunity to drink this and it was every bit as good as the first bottle. Really nice with strawberries, cherry, yeast, and minerals. This is a definite buy. Very close to the Brut today.

Medium salmon pink color. Drank 1+ glasses over an hour. This was the first bottle I've tried of the rose, but I'm a fan of the several of the other cuvees both Vintage and N/V. I'm happy to say that I was not disappointed. This was a very fresh and balanced effort, nice cherry and florals on the nose with some ripe berry as well. The palate is deftly constructed with fine balance and a nice freshness, cherry, raspberry, cream, citrus, pleasant yeast along with a light minerality and very clean finish. Interestingly we had a discussion the other night at an offline where one of the group lamented the difficulty in finding a good rose Champagne. Well here's a nice one with a great QPR to boot. 90+ to 91pts.

88-89; good, far from great, rose. Big bubbles, fairly one-note, but in balance and not sweet in the least. Good with food, but simple. Decent QPR, but prefer the Brut.

Just like the previous bottle. What a pretty wine. Excellent festive touch to go along with an elegant, middle of the road Champagne taste. A little yeast mixed with a goodly amount of citrus, ending in a long gentle finish.

Very nicely balanced and complex. Fruit and yeast up front giving way to a lovely, long citrus finish. Small to medium size bubbles in a pink salmon color. Sure this wine would be very food friendly too. Excellent QPR for a boutique Champagne.

Opened by BillHike. My introduction to this grower/producer in the Côte des Bar. Notes of citrus and brioche but without any red fruit nuances that can make Rosé so unique. Moderate bead. Not as deep as the other Champagnes at the dinner. 89 points.

Deep salmon color; somewhat lethargic fine bubbles. Intense nose of dusty, yeasty red fruit. Echoed on the palate. Bitter (in the good way), ashen finish. Very nice with food. Fine example of a Champagne rosé.

Nice acidity and a tangy, crispness that carried fresh strawberry, raspberry and red cherry notes all the way through; in this case, a good palate cleanser to start a wine tasting of dry wines.
This served as the first wine for a large wine dinner and it cleansed our palates with its nice acidity and a tangy, crispness that carried fresh strawberry, raspberry and red cherry notes all the way through to the back end.

Celebrated with some brut rose the 4th of July! Decent bottle, strawberry and quince nose, orange rind with strawberry and an odd brioche note. Finish was overwhelming on fruit for such a light bottling, like an unsweet strawberry-orange marmalade - felt over-extracted. B-/86 = 50/5/11/7/7/6

For the price, this Rose really delivers. I actually purchased three bottles to try and went back for another 6. Philippe Prie delivers across the board on their NV, Brut Vintage and Rose. I have not had a bad bottle yet. The fruit and structure of the Champagne Rose were wonderful. I believe this has some cellar time left in it as well.

strawberry color; some bread on the nose but not much; more bread and some jelly-like sweetness on the palate; distinctive yeastiness of a quality champagne coupled with more sweetness than I was expecting. I don't know if it's a little unbalanced or that's the style the maker was going for.

Didn't open up much and was almost tannic. Didn't get much of the berry notes here. Disappointing
