From 300mL. Very pale lemon-clear; high intensity aromatics, robust tropical fruits, melon, slight citrus, slight yeast (though the dairy mentioned in another note may be more accurate; palate is medium-full bodied, similar robust flavors with some melon, creamy texture, balanced 15.5% alcohol; medium length finish. I would call this a robust sake, creamy and textured, tropical fruit dominant, balanced but not elegant or pure/crystalline as some other notes describe. It is very good for the price. 90-91

Crisp and clean yet round. Subdued alchohol makes this a great food pairing. White tropical fruits, honeydew, a little creamy, dairy like note but still very precise and delineated. Great acidity that frames the entire palate. Worth the money for this mid teir JD. Would absolutely recommend for the sake enthusiast. Better as a food pairing than alone. Don't know much about this brewer but would definitely buy again. Bravo!

JM & Elaine at Sushi Nakazawa (West Village): Incredibly clean, crystalline nose, with hints florals, almond milk and vodka sweetness. Precise, linear, with lingering hints of citrus, before evaporating! With the delightful Yuzu-pepper-Scallop, this explodes dramatically with florals and becomes oily and creamy, revealing umami, spiced herbs on the nose, and a slatey finish. Pretty amazing food pairing!
