Decanted for 30mins. Very expressive with just a touch of flint with cool lemony fruits. Refreshing entry, pretty mid palate richness and sappiness and lingering with salinity. Surprisingly easy going.

N: Closed; Apples atop minerals? Poss smoky flint?
P: Med body; RNDISH entry with NICE, almost swtish frt met by ZESTY acidity which directs the show into & through the LONG, tangy finish with ULT hints of honey. Deserves into EARLY '20, then drinking into '23? VERY nicely done! My EXC- with potential for more (though a fellow, more experienced taster WAS less impressed). 92 pts WS, 88 WA, & 87 Decanter. [This vendor's $28.95 puts it @ the top of wine-searcher's 4th quartile.]

Mineral driven wine. You can almost taste the chalk soil of the vineyards. Saline notes. Good (somewhat austere) fruit and acidity. Unmistakeable Chablis.

One of the Montreal native's village class, terroir-specific bottlings. From two north facing parcels in Forêts and Boucheron. Aged 50% in tanks and 50% in neutral barrels.
A(ccuracy)=2: Med light straw/green tint. Tight, mildly yeasty varietal. B(alance)=2: Delicate. Bit shy on vibrancy. C(omplexity)=2: White tree fruits. Mineral. D(epth)=2: Refined mouthfeel. Even kilt start to finish.
One of my favorite Chablis producer comes through again. Hate the wax capsule, love the wine. Good fruit and minerality. Village wine that drinks above it's pay grade

Long, minéral, goûteux. Piuze se surpasse encore une fois.

Totally wonderful and enjoyable now... serve cold as quite fruity, but crunchy and delicious.

Quite a ripe style, lightly honeyed, apples and flowers, pure and relaxed, beautiful minerality, soft acidity, slightly short finish. Nice wine.
