Blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Clean, highly fragrant aromas of brioche, autolytic, and toast layered over nuanced notes of honey, lemony citrus, and almond. It's very fine on the palate with smooth, finely beaded bubbles and creamy textured mousse. The flavour profile is dry with lovely autolytic, brioche, and lemon citrus notes with touches of honey. It has fine acidity and a somewhat textural, chalky grip on the mid-palate. Leesy and mineral notes linger on the long, mouth-watering finish. Lovely!

I have a habit of letting these rest 2 yrs in cellar. At that point they always surprise me of how awesome they drink - eg. as an apertizer. Maybe its just me but these put a smile on my face - grateful to have such quality at 10€.

(Bottled 2016, so >3 years old) NOSE: Fruity nose with lemon, lime, hints of peach. Notes of lees. The initial nose faded rather quickly and is less expressive than the taste. (86-87p) TASTE: Lovely sweet & sour taste, lots of fruitiness, balancing maturity with freshness/acidity very well. Just a tiny hint of bitterness in the exit. Medium long aftertaste. Mature, juicy and moreish. (89p) OVERALL: A very well made, well priced sparkling wine. Obviously not Champagne but displays a structure and purity of fruitiness en par with some of the better Champagnes. Great QPR and ages very well. TOTAL SCORE 88 points.

Light golden yellow and very lively with tiny bubbles. A hint savory with some straw on the nose followed up by toasted bread and some apples. Medium acidity (5.5/10) with a medium minus body. A bit of minerality on the palate and baked apples. Medium length finish. Drink till 2022.

With Larissa. Most likely disgorged in 2019. Pale golden colour. Peach, apple, almond, bread crust, brioche and a hint of smoke, with creamy mousse, good acidity and very good length. The medium-bodied wine was well-balanced already, only the creamy mousse was still a little aggressive and the wine would benefit from another year in the cellar. Good. Good value. 88+

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this has an elegant, medium-high intensity nose of brioche, autolytic, citrus, and nutty aromas that are clean and well-balanced. It's medium-full bodied and dry with earthy, toasty, and nutty flavours with citrus accents. Acids are very good while finish is long and persistent.

Exotic fruits, floral and well expressive on the nose. The palate is lacking character and elegance and is closer to a good prosecco than anything else but at least this is not confectionery. 82

I ordered a case after my positive impression from bottles served at a reception two weeks ago. Based on LOT number, this bottle was most likely disgorged in 2019. Light gold in colour. Very apply. Smoky fire stone notes, good autolysis character and pleasant mild bitterness, with medium-fine mousse, good, lively acidity and good length. Should benefit from a year or two in the cellar. Good. Very good value. Recommended.

Pale green color with subtle yellow highlights. Ripe and fruity nose with very little toasty autolysis and pretty nuanced aromas of peach, some leesy yeast character, a little bit of sweet golden apples, a hint of lime zest and a touch of fresh gooseberry. The wine is dry, crisp and quite ripe on the palate with flavors of ripe golden apples, some rich white fruit tones, a little bit of steely minerality, a hint of autolytic brioche character and a sweet touch of stone fruits. Overall the wine is nicely balanced with high acidity and ample, persistent and enjoyably silky mousse. The finish is medium in length with fruity flavors of ripe citrus fruits, tart green apples, steely minerality, some sweet peachy tones and a hint of yeast.
Consistently one of the nicest entry-level new world sparklers out there. Not really a challenger for well-made Champagne, but at 14,99€ you don't expect it to be. Great balance between the fruit and the structure with nice sense of freshness and complexity. A reliable choice every time.

The nose is clean, intensity is med/med+, yeast notes, lime and lemon, citrus, dried and sugar coated pineapple, green apple, youthful. The wine is dry, body is medium, intensity, is med+, acidity is high with medium alcohol, carbonation a bit too much, citrus, lime, lemon, fresh overall, pineapple juice, balanced, med/med+ finish, a bit thin in the midpalate. Very good palate, drink now but could hold.

A pale yellow color with faint green highlights. The nose is dominated by ripe, slightly sweet fruit character with lighter nuances of green apples, some floral notes and a hint of autolysis. At first the wine feels dominated by ripe red apple flavors and the dosage (7 g/l) feels surprisingly noticeably, but quickly the acidity dries the wine up, revealing more nuanced flavors of aromatic herbs, sweet peach-driven stone fruits, ripe citrus fruits, some stony minerality and a hint of autolytic toast. The mousse feels very fine, slightly prickly and quite persistent. The finish is crisp, fresh and youthful, dominated by green apple notes, light herbal aromatics and perfumed hints of florals.
A well-made, balanced and surprisingly serious effort for an inexpensive new world sparkler. It is thoroughly enjoyable on its own, but it is structured enough to be paired with lighter dishes as well. This wine is not about power or weight, but instead finesse and complexity. Although this wine is quite fruit-forward, true to the new world style, but still a lot more complex and interesting than many of the more expensive new world Champagne clones. Excellent value at 13,99€.

NobleRottersSydney - South Africa (Alio's, Surry Hills): [cork, 12%, A$25] {David} Developing but quite clean nose of yeast, bread and a touch of cheese. The palate shows off typical chardonnay-derived flavours without too much yeast/lees character; bubbles are finely textured and delicate. Medium-bodied; fairly straightforward wine that lacks much complexity; it tends to sit pretty much on the front palate. Still, it’s a good effort, especially for the price.

Mogen, gyllengul, förvånansvärt spänstiga syror. Bra bubblor, även om det inte är Champagnekänsla. Frisk, lite nötig smak.

Drank at the day after our Wedding together with my In-Laws, My Best-Man and his girlfriend while opening presents and watching the videos.
I might have rated it even better but we had a bottle Bollinger Grand Annee right before it so it was hard competition for this fine stuff.
