Find the wine enjoyable, while a bit subdued. Perhaps there was more going on a few years back (never tried), but I like the soft, almost subdued way it presents today. Low acidity means fruit comes forward, while certainly not overpowering. Yellow apples, yellow kiwi. In balance. Unusual, but found it enjoyable

Fully developed nose with lots of sweet, yellow fruit. Corn, ripe apples, vanilla and some nutty oxidation. Where the nose is quite enjoyable the taste disappoints. Thin and watery. This is a good way past its prime.

Gourmetklubbens trettiosjätte middag: Tema: Inspiration från havet (Södermalm): Nice flowery nose also showing some tropical notes from the warmer vintage and petroleum and smokiness. Nice smoother acidity on the palate with a nice and lengthy finish showing some more tropical notes. Positive with the tropical fruit that is not standing out or laying on top, but rather well integrated in the wine. (Best 2016-2021)

Marsipan, lite vax, hint av smörighet(?) ganska trött syra som inte riktigt orkar prestera, typ som hela vinet i sig. Drickbart men inget utmärkande, helt klart varit mycket bättre för några år sedan.

Örter, fat, trött gul frukt med inslag av kiwi. Hade behövt lite mer pigghet i frukten för att vara balanserat. Medel syra, helt okej bibehållen men kan tänka mig att vinet är förbi sin höjdpunkt på det hela taget.

Fully developed on the nose with medium intensity of aromas. Dried yellow fruit, decaying red apple, dusty white pepper, washed-rind cheese and old wood. Developing a more nutty aromas with time. Not a sign of varietal character left.
Dry with medium acidity and medium(-) body. Medium intensity of flavors. Dried apple, hay, baking spice and old wood. Rather hollow and bitter mouthfeel. Medium(-) finish.
Too old but not completely dead. Should've been drunk a couple of years ago.

Dark colour. Tropical nose of mango and pineapple. Palate is light and watery, with rich tropical flavours of mango, passionfruit, kiwi, and zucchini. The wine's age adds a funky sweat note in the foreground and a caramel note in the background. Finishes well, with fresh fruit and caramel flavours alongside crisp acidity.

100% Sauvignon Blanc 12,5% d'alcool Oeil : paille soutenu et légèrement doré, forte viscosité en parois Nez : projection d'intensité 7/10, frais, agrumes rappelant la lime, le citron confit et l'orange, tarte à la "Key Lime Curd", vanille, boisé fondu mais présent, fenouil, simple mais fort sympa Bouche : sec, ample, acidité rafraîchissante, amertume moyenne+, persistance au mieux moyenne, rétro fruitée, épicée et légèrement herbacée Conclusion : on aime bien dans l'ensemble. À boire d'ici 2015.

Beau sauvignon blanc avec potentiel de garde. Nez sur pommes vertes, pamplemousse et miel. En bouche c'est très équilibré et la belle finale est moyennement soutenue. Très très bon maintenant. Sera probablement excellent dans 2-3 ans.

Fine, rather delicate nose. Taste: nectarines, fresh. Acidity a bit too prominent, maybe also the oak. At the second day with asparagus, an pleasant bitterness was more present. The body is rather thin. But altogether a rather refined, agreeable, somehow classy wine. 85.

A very nice nose but too thin body and weak acidity.
The aroma had a nice blend of gooseberries, nectarine and nettle accompanied with some oak character. The taste is long and has a quite nice bitter finish but unfortunately the body and the overall acidity is too weak.
Finally I could say that it's a good to very good wine but I'm disappointed at the low acidity. 85-87 p.
