This stuff is still going. Slight bit of oxidation, but it's just an aspect of the wine, not bad enough to call it flawed, just well aged. Crisp acidity, strong saline element, and a nice little streak of chalk. Turned out to be a great bargain.

Note: I use a scale on which 86 represents a very good wine.
As noted by robmatic, this wine is approaching the end of its life. It was not truly turned, but you could sense that is getting there. Noting this, once the funk blew off it turned out to be a decent bottle. Some decent fruit remained, and it was this was balanced with good acidity.
It's not dead yet, but I am putting thee at the top of the to-drink list.

The fact that this is even still alive is a little impressive. Thanks to a cold cellar, this bottle only shows the slightest hint of oxidation, and it's at a level that adds a little bit of interest instead of being a flaw. It also shows a little yeasty note and nervous acidity. Wait, this kind of tastes a lot like Champagne but without the bubbles. Extra points for costing $14 10 years ago and still drinking nicely.

The color of the wine is a medium gold with a light green around the edges. On the nose there is a roasted lemon fest with floral notes of jasmine with hints of earthiness. The palate is semi dry with a vibrant acidity that is cover with limestone elements. Very soft texture with citrus and stone fruit flavors.

Drinking nicely already, but probably still has another year or two to start singing. Typical solid Chablis, not too acid nor tight, thoroughly enjoyable.

This one is right on, exactly as advertised. Wonderful basic Chablis, with great typicity- clean, slatey minerality, lemon zest and freshly cut tart apple on the nose, followed by mouth watering, bracing acidity, but good round mid-palate presence, and nice persistence. Very good, great value. Improved over three days in bottle.

Nice enough but I didnt get enough fruit from this on the nose or palate to really shine. Definate razor sharpness and acidty which lead to the citrus lemony taste. It did pair well with seafood, but would be tougher to drink on its own. The finish is all tart and acid which really just clips this wine.

This bottle was slightly closed compared to the previous. Some chalk, flint, mineral, lemon/lime, sea, dried herbs drenched nose. Chalk, tart lime, saline/seashell, unsweetened honey, smoky lemon, tart pink-lady apple, and straw on the palate. Once again, loved the tongue rippin acidity. Matched so well with the oyster dish we had, I couldn't tell where the food ended and the wine started. Great, now I got to figure out if I want to live in Chablis or the Liore in the summer months...haha

Starfruit, sweet lemon, chalk, vanilla, and green banana on the nose. Really enjoyed the sweet lemon instead of the tart lemon I usually get with Chablis on the nose and the palate along with orange, heavy fig, crushed shells, and almond/marzipan. A classic Chablis with some weight. Becoming a huge Chablis fan especially with wines like this under 15 bucks. Wife really dug this one and said 93pts.

oh boy this was a steal from Garagiste, as this little chablis had all the grip, acidity, minerality one could ever ask for. It also had grat depth of fruit, sporting some firm pear flavors framed by a flinty border. Must get more of this for summer.

A lovely, delicate wine. Crisp fruit, minerals and clean lines punctuated by the right amount of acidity. This is a Chard we could drink everyday. We had it with a salad and vegetable soup, but it reminded us of oysters or scallops, both of which would be perfect with this wine.

A little yeast, stone, and lime on the nose. In the mouth, some spritz, with good acidity and minerality. A little simple, but nice basic Chablis at this price.

Decent wine, nothing spectacular about this. Very pale golden color to it. Strong citrus nose along with just a bit of oak. Very lean, crisp and somewhat tart/sour. Light bodied wine, good for an everyday drinker but nothing more. Acidity may have been a bit to bracing for me.

a good wine, very angular. too biting to be consumed on its own, but works well with rich cheeses. i'm sure it'd be great with oysters too.

Very elegant, with minerals, citrus and a hint of salinity that shouted oysters. But instead we had it with chile con carne. Nice stuff
