Great bottle. Dark purple color with a lot of black fruit. Thought this bottle might be past its prime but plenty of life left. Popped and poured and drank over 4 hours. Delicious.

Great stuff!! Decanted a couple hours before drinking and was barely scratching the surface. Lay down or decant. Santa Barbara coming through in a big way right now with cabs. Delicious!

I meant it in the sense of that concentrated alcohol thing that port has - one of the reasons I do not like port. the wine is not flawed and it is not oxidized. It's just a prominence of alcohol that, to me, is an extremely unattractive characteristic.
