  Pale yellow in color. nose of apple, vanilla, oak and pear. Opened up very nicely over an hour with good fruits and just the right amount of oak, not at all over-bearing. Long, creamy mid-palate, medium-long finish. Very good value Burgundy - foodandwineblog.com.
