(Disgorged in fall of 2010) Yellow colour with a small stream of tiny bubbles. Nose is showing a mixture of hay, minerals and citrus. Palate shows tropical fruit and vanilla fudge with a rather short oaky finish. This feels very mature for the vintage already, not sure if they had bad grape selection or what went wrong with this cuvée?

Straw yellow colour. Still quite fresh. Some citrus. Marzipan. A bit too sweet for our liking. Gift from SW
